The TBP – 60 Multi Station Turntable Blocking machine:
The TBP turntable blocker is a six station, hydraulically operated, end form press. The standard machine control is handled through a PLC processor.
The six stations consist of:
Load station:

Preform station:

· Accepts bullet-type perform tooling
· Upper and lower form rings
Blocker station:

· Individually adjustable end turn height adjustments

· Six dimensional non-pinch tooling
Wedge set station:
· Hydraulic operation
· Auto stack height adjustment
· Accepts fixed fin style drift tooling
· Accepts optional expandable fin tooling
Auto unload station

· Point to point positioning
