The TSC Series automatic stator winding, inserter and wedge system:
Available in one, two or three shed winding heads, covering the complete range of stator designs. The TSC series is available in manual load and unload, or with a conveyor system for total hands off automation. The upper insertion tooling is indexed under the winding heads, the coils are wound and stripped into the tooling and indexed to the insert station, where the wire and wedges are inserted into the stator.
