Windamatic produces a wide variety of inserters from our compact PW-35 on up to our PW-240 capable of stack heights up to 24” (609mm). Our inserters feature high speed precise servo controlled wedgemakers. We manufacture both all electric machines as well as hydraulic machines. Our machines feature tooling with rotating pushers for less down time. Windamatic also offers machines with pusherless tooling which completely eliminates the hassle of jammed pushers. Windamatic has had great success inserting externally slotted stators. Windamatic coil inserters provide years of trouble free operation.
Available features
· The PW-60T features a tilt base which is infinitely adjustable from 90 to 45 degrees for better ergonomics across a wide range of operators
· The PW-60S features a split design upper and lower tooling, enabling wedges to be produced simultaneously while the stator is inserted improving the output of the machine
· The PW-60S is also available with automatic stack change, enabling the operator to change stacks with the push of a button.
· Semi automatic and fully automatic load and unload options are available
