SW Series Shed winders
The Windamatic 4500 series shed winders incorporate the latest in computer controls with graphic displays and remote machine diagnostics.
The SW series are versatile high speed machines, include rapid set-up, change over and specification entry. The servo wire handling and jump systems provide repeatable coils with precise control of jump and turn count, even in skip step operations. The unique wobble gear shed head requires no oil, just periodic greasing of the wobble gears, never worry about oil leaks again!
The small compact design – with sliding doors on both sides of the winder, affords easy maintenance and access to the interior of the machine. These machines are capable of stack heights up to 6”.
The 4500 series are available in single head, dual head common drive, as well as dual head independent drive allowing main and auxiliary windings to be wound simultaneously.
Windamatic also features our SW 8000 series winders for stack heights up to 10” (254mm), The larger 8000 series machines are also available in single, dual common and dual independent head configurations.
Our SW series shed winders can be incorporated into fully automated lines.
